This policy explains what personal data Growth Orbit collects through growthorbit.systems and how it is used. Growth Orbit is run by Tatenda Donald Sithole in Scotland, UK. For any privacy question, email tatenda@growth-orbit.co.uk.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company and message, so we can reply to you.
• Call bookings: when you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and any answers you give, so the meeting can be scheduled.
• Emails: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, hold the call you booked, and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We don't sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and stores contact form submissions.
• Cal.com runs the booking calendar. It only loads, and sets its own cookies, after you click “Show available times”.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
